It is of paramount importance. From the beginning I have been asking myself two questions. How biased and ideologically driven it is, really. But I felt like if my mind was split by a rock in two streams – because on the other hand I knew this is so true I couldn’t even fathom any arguments against it. Come to think of it, can we really not learn?

Every now and then you stumble into a source that may not give you that much of a new information to think about, but the overall content and conclusions it leads to will shed a light on concepts and information already encountered. For me personally, first three chapters of the book Digital Resources for Learning from Daniel Churchill did exactly that.

The Fourth Revolution by Luciano Floridi

Once upon a time, I guess it was lecture on introduction to Information Sciences, I’ve heard our lecturer saying that one of the fascinating features of our present is the possibility to meet, face to face, majority of top-tier scientists our domain has. Similarly, I think, we have the possibility to watch many of great and important writings being debated, confirmed or disproved in very short time. Such is a nature of sources and thoughts dealing with technology, their meaning, consequences or even forecasting.

Hamlet from William Shakespeare

In every field of art there are pieces that will not stand the test of time and pieces that will become true jewels guarded by local culture and celebrated by the other all around the world. William Shakespeare is author responsible for many works belonging to the latter group. In this review I will not talk about Rome and Juliet though. Let´s spend some time discussing the other well-known tragedy: Hamlet.
